They stopped using their rapid pickup, and we had to pick it up at the counter, but it was really busy, and it took 15 minutes because they had no one handing out online orders. However, they were really sweet, and the food was great
I love Panera Bread. It is always great soups, sandwiches and salads. They have super friendly staff! Keep it up!!
I have gone back. Much better experience. Past review: Had terrible customer service skills. I ordered a ciabatta loaf early in the morning. He corrected the way I said it but in a crappy attitude. Then barked at me when that was all I wanted to order after I was put off by that experience. No tip for bad service. No one was here, I should've read more reviews before going. I didn't even get a receipt to actually write a complaint.
My only request would be to please get a door for the second toilet. Thanks:)
