Ordered Panera for Anthony and I tonight. Got down to the last few bites of my sandwich and bit down on something that had me holler out in pain. Felt like a rock! Pulled it out and it is a tiny black piece that is about the size of my pinky fingernail. My jaw is still hurting and I am SO thankful I didn’t break a tooth! That would have been awful right before vacation! I called Panera’s in Martinsburg and the manager apologized and offered to get me a “voucher for a free sandwich” and she is going to talk to the cook staff.... read more
Very yummy food. Sandwiches, salads and soup. Great service also.
This drive through is terribly slow. I have sat in it for over 20 minutes multiple times for simple orders. And the workers just leave you sitting there and don’t say anything, or apologize for the wait.
The workers were super nice and helpful and it looks so nice and fancy! Loved it!
