I ordered delivery last night and they forgot one of our sandwiches. I filled out the form to report the missing sandwich and in return they added a $7 reward to my account *that expires* in... a month. I had to email them to ask for a refund! We walked in around 8- closes at 9 and all the kiosk were offline. Went to the register to place our order. 3 women standing behind the counter were talking and laughing together. Looked at us and continued with their conversation. 1 left and went out onto the floor and came back about a minute later, looked at us and walked in the back. We left and went somewhere else. Why close the kiosk down if you don’t want to take orders??
