Very dissatisfied with the Manager this morning at Panera in Mechanicsville on Bell Creek Road. I felt that she was extremely Disrespectful, Childizing, and Irritated that I was bothering her with my question and problem. I ordered a Pumpkin spice latte which they were out of the topping, I was prompted to choose a different topping However I was Charged a fee of 50cent. Wow. So clean and our counter girl was so friendly.....great experience
The food is always pretty good. The service is not always good. The tables are usually dirty, especially outside.
