3rd party delivery driver didn't deliver to correct location, and when I called him back, he was very hard to understand, couldn't tell me where he delivered my food, and then preceded to hang up on me and didn't answer when I called him right back. I then called the actual restaurant and spoke to manager, Kendall. She was very understanding, apologetic and did credit me back a portion of the charges. Pretty poorly run location. Most of the coffees were out. No cream, milk, anything. Over 10 min. nothing.
I have gone to this store for years now, never had someone as friendly or helpful as Tzion, always positive and always willing to help. Cheers Tzion!!!
The bagels here are very fresh with a nice selection. The new french onion is super….My only issue is the cream cheese options. If you’re going to serve fresh bagels this good please offer a vegetable cream cheese option.
