I had a terrible experience. I ordered food through the drive-thru, but the staff gave me the wrong order. I found out about it when I was already back home. When I returned to complain, they didn’t offer an apology. They were rude and unprofessional.
Fantastic food always! My favorite Panera is in Greer, SC. The staff is wonderful and always so professional and kind. I love the sandwiches and soup. They have a great Italian Steak & Mozzarella sandwich currently.
Staff is so friendly and pleasant. Food is great (albeit pricey for the portions). Glad to have this as my go-to workplace when I'm in the area!
