Very slow drive thru. No one except me in line. Toasted bagel with cream cheese. Almost 20 minutes.
I use the Panera Bread sip club, and ordered a coffee going through the drive-thru. They told me that they are not allowed to put cream and sugar in the coffee but have to serve it on the side..... Other Paneras do not have this dumb rule, nor does any restaurant with a drive-thru. Congratulations, McDonald's has better customer service than you do. How inconvenient and likely to spill coffee on one's self while trying to put coffee creamers and packets of sugar in a coffee while sitting in a car.
This is a friendly crew who always greets with smiles and hellos. Highly recommend these hard workers.
The “manager” told our office today when we wanted to make an office order for 13 people that they were on lunch hour. I stopped confused like yall take a lunch hour break? she repeated no we are busy for Lunch and can’t take your order. EVERY food Industry has a lunch hour lol… this manager needs to go. She was turning away over $100 plus worth of business for her location. A higher manager should know. She stated we could all come in and eat but that we couldn’t place an order.
