I had a very disappointing experience at this Panera location. Part of my order—a half sandwich—was missing, and when I asked for help, the staff member I spoke to was incredibly rude. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she rolled her eyes, snapped at me, and showed clear frustration. When I asked if she could check outside where my family was waiting with the food, she refused and told me I’d have to bring the bag to her. Poor attitude by the people taking your order, couldn’t be more uninterested. Too bad that’s a reflection of the management that the people at the register greeting customers especially loyal Panera bread customers can’t be greeted and treated with professionalism and appreciation. I have to consider going someplace else. Next time I wanna spend $100 for a business breakfast.
Our 3 year olds favorite restaurant. Staff is amazing!
