First time back to Panera in a year and boy has the food quality slipped. The packaged broccoli cheddar soup Panera soup I buy at Frys is better. The staff were friendly and helpful and the store was busy and clean.I should have gone for sushi.
Ordered online thru drive thru my order wasn't large enough and Elliot in drive thru at the speaker told me I had to walk inside to get it. And I still had to wait 15mins in line before getting out of the drive thru.Bad customer service
