I love Panera, but this one has been the worst one I’ve ever been to! On 11/17 I arrived about 1:07 pm and the very young girl behind the register was not very nice to me, but she was VERY kind to the lady and her teenage daughter that went before me!! I am NOT one to play the race card, but then after I got my food, I went to get my drink at the fountain and she had just got herself a drink also. I somehow ordered the wrong salad on the app, not just the wrong salad but the salad I had mocked because it was so not what I liked! The team member noticed the look on my face when I picked it up and asked what was wrong. I told her I had messed up and she made me the correct salad, free of charge, even though it was totally my fault. 🥹
