I am not a picky eater however, the salad I ordered was far from the example shown in the menu, the lettuce was yellow & wilted & nothing about was appealing. The silverware I was given was not clean & had to be exchanged for clean ones. The soda machine was not working, I assume the staff knew because there was an out of order sign on it, however they still took my order for a drink without mentioning it. I ordered ahead and picked up my breakfast this morning. When I opened the bag, I was surprised to find the bagel just sitting loose inside with no wrapper or bag—not even a piece of parchment around it. No excuse for this lack of basic hygiene and presentation. It’s not hard to put food in a bag or wrap, especially when it’s going to be picked up. Really disappointing.
I ordered the Ciabatta Cheesesteak from Panera, and I’m extremely disappointed. There was literally no steak in my sandwich as you see on the picture below, just onions, peppers, and bread. If you were out of steak, you should’ve told me or canceled the item. Everything else in my order was great (the Chicken Bacon Ranch and the Chipotle Chicken Avocado were delicious), but this was just unacceptable. I paid $11+ for basically bread with onions. I’m shocked this passed quality check. I'm never going back there..........

I had the bacon 🥓 mav-n-cheese with a side Ceasar Salad. The Ceasar Salad was fine, but the mac-n-cheese had to be from a box of Kraft Velveeta Shells and Cheese. It sucked. The dining room needed attention, too. It will be a long while before I visit another Panera Bread again.
