Panera's new $4.99 special drew me in. I usually do online ordering but went through the drive-thru and had such patient, kind, and wonderful experience with a mom and her son working today. She heard me say I can't eat dairy when I ordered my sandwich and caught that I had forgotten to say no cheese on my salad. Super friendly! So refreshing!
