Sat in the drive-through line for 18 minutes for a small order and didn’t get food finally asked for a refund and left terrible customer service
Met with our PrimeTimers and enjoy great treats! Everyone was super attentive and kind! Brought us cookie samples and let us arrange tables together and they put them back! Great time was had by all!! Thank you Panera Frisco!!!
Very rude and unprofessional staff. Not keen to help or treat customers with nice gesture. I have been there once to buy a sourdough and the lady at the billing was very rude and she was least interested to help.
This incident happened at the Frisco location on Main Street. My family and I have been customers of Panama for a while, and we usually have a good experience. On June 2, my mom, my sister, and I went in about 10 minutes before closing and placed an order. As soon as we sat down to eat, a staff member started vacuuming loudly all around us while we were still eating. My mom had a stroke and could not tolerate the noise.
