Ordering is super easy at their self order kiosks that was a really good idea on their part. We got two smoothies: Tropical Green and Mango. They were $6.99 each and pretty small I was expecting them to be much much bigger for the price. The Tropical Green smoothie was really really good delicious in fact, but the mango on the other hand was ass. It tasted like leftover pineapple juice with a bunch of ice and water. Wow just wow, where do I even start; Its like my whole life I was sitting down and then today I stood up to partake in the experience that was Panera Bread Mesa Gateway. With a kind staff and an excellent meal I was thrust into a truly magnificent dining experience. Kindest most helpful staff I have ever interacted with, got my order extremely fast, some might even say too fast, if I could give this location more than 5 stars I would
Employees are yelling at each other back in the kitchen. Totally goofing off. No counter help. Extremely poor service and management.
