No human interaction, forced to use a kiosk and kiosk could not meet my needs. No one in line was pleased with the service or interaction. What is the purpose of having a business to serve people if you refuse to even talk or interact with someone? I just wanted to get some eggs without toast but the kiosk would not allow it
The young man running the counter this morning at Mesa Gateway Airport was amazing!! I had and egg, cheese bacon croissant. Yummy too!!
We were using the kiosks and they are never fun. The lady asked if we wanted to come up to order since no one was around. We couldn’t order a hot chocolate without being a member. This is the worst idea for customers. This will make me come less due to the inconvenience, not make us come more. The coffee tastes burnt. The hot chocolate lid was cracked and as a result, it dropped out of our child’s hand and we had a bad start to the day. The staff did not look at the lids/the company ordered crap lids that cracked. The new chicken salad was great.
They have order kiosks, but there was a human being at the register taking orders, so we got in line behind them. The clerk looked at us, said she was just too busy to take more orders and everyone needed to use the kiosks. Voted with our feet and went elsewhere!
