Staff is friendly but the mobile kiosk ordering is absolute trash. So slow and glitchy.
I waited at the till over 15 min to order because I wanted to pay cash, I was the only person wanting to order at the till and they wouldn't take my order and just kept saying they would take it later they were busy, all they did was keep taking new orders through the kiosks and wouldn't take my order, I had a flight i had to get to and got nothing for the time I spent there asking the staff for some help. The worst airport food business I have seen between Toronto to Vegas hands down
No human interaction, forced to use a kiosk and kiosk could not meet my needs. No one in line was pleased with the service or interaction. What is the purpose of having a business to serve people if you refuse to even talk or interact with someone? I just wanted to get some eggs without toast but the kiosk would not allow it
