⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a lovely experience at Panera Bread! Gail was the lady helping me at the drive-thru, and she was an absolute sweetheart! She was so friendly, warm, and genuinely kind. It’s the little interactions like this that can really brighten someone’s day, and Gail did exactly that! Her positive attitude and wonderful customer service definitely deserve some recognition. Thank you, Gail, for making my visit such a pleasant one! Panera is lucky to have you!
