Decided to pick up food here on our way home, only to find hair in our soup when we got home. Called, manager on the phone was very nice and apologetic and was told next time we came in they would give us free soup and dessert. Based on that, we decided to take my dad out for dinner here... another mistake. When we first came in, there was nobody there (customers and staff). I got the Rustic Baked Potato Soup and it was simply delicious. The bread was a bit tough but it still tasted very fresh. It is a very clean and well cared for store. I would recommend!
I had an Americano, they have really good expresso coffee And the wake up breakfast everything Asiago bagel with egg, cheese and bacon with arugula & tomato, no Hollandaise sauce for me. Was delicious. The lady at the counter Donen? Was very helpful, especially with the new Panera app, I’m not very good with all this new way of doing everything on your phone.
I really want Panera to change the floor to no carpet. I see food crumbs all rhe time.
