I have always loved Panera Bread, and I’ve taken my 72 year old father every week for soup and sandwich combos. I’m leaving a 1 star review because unfortunately, I no longer enjoy coming here, and would rather go to the Whitby location. On multiple instances, I have been served by a staff member I believe named Jenn. She has been rude to not only my elderly father, but myself.
