Panera Bread completely ruined my order not once, but FOUR times! It’s beyond ridiculous how they can’t get something so simple right. Then, to top it all off, the worker got mad at us for absolutely no reason—he acted like we were judging him because of his sexuality, which made the whole situation super awkward and uncomfortable. I don’t care about anyone’s personal stuff, but when you’re working with customers, you need to keep it professional. This was hands down one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.
Edit: Have given this location another chance and my past few orders were accurate and well-made. I've adjusted my prior 1-star review. Missing 2 items from an order. This happens frequently and is extra frustrating because I'm adding tips onto my orders. Why am I rewarding bad service? I'm done with this location until they get management and quality control in check.

I received my food and noticed the “grilled cheese” sandwich wasn’t grilled at all. It was warmed up bread in the microwave.. ZERO grilled anything.. my son is on the spectrum and this is the ONLY thing he will eat there, it has been his go to food at Panera for the last 11 years. I asked the girl at the front if I could please get this grilled since it’s supposed to be grilled cheese. She said “sorry that’s how it comes”.
