Where do I start, Wow Panera has gone downhill. Ordered a chicken sandwich and broccoli cheddar bread bowl. $32 with tip, when I received my order I noticed it was just a cup of soup and the sandwich when I asked where the bowl was they said it would be $2 more for the bowl. ????? I ordered the broccoli cheddar bread bowl, it's in the name " bread bowl" the 2 ladies and the guy started to argue that it would be $2 more and said they couldn't do anything the other person charged me for.
