Still a Panera. Mature staff was interested in serving me. What a relief in this day and age.
Great sandwiches. Nice mid-way stop on a 50 mi bike ride.
While the crew is always pleasant, they've never gotten an order completely right. Regularly missing items, wrong items, items of the wrong size... We've learned to check our bag before leaving so we know if we have the right item count, but we still don't discover wrong execution until we're home, and it's just too frustrating to continue coming back. Expect much better for the price.
Worst location by far… empty employee asked me to repeat my order 3 times and still messed it up very badly. I was not told at checkout that they didn’t have bread bowls because if I knew I would not have ordered. Anyways he offered to give me an extra baguette instead. Then after 10 min he put a bowl of lukewarm Mac on the table and then when I didn’t walk away waiting for the rest of my order he said, anything else?? Like yeah half my order is missing.
