The GM, Neil, was wonderful, communicative, and helped me carry my catering order to my car. The staff was very friendly and atmosphere was great. Would definitely recommend.
They over changed me so plz be careful 4ps of cheese sticks they are charging twice but I thought wrong price so he made me two times sign. But I just find that on my credit card bill.
I believe the most important facility in a restaurant is the restroom. If the restroom is clean, I assume the kitchen and other areas are well managed too. However, today's experience was disappointing as the restroom cleanliness was poor. I hope it will be maintained better in the future.
How many times do I have to point out the coffee grinds in the hot water before you do something? This keeps happening, and apologies are no longer acceptable, do better.
Every morning, I greet the staff with a smile and say, “Good morning.” Even when we make direct eye contact, most of the female staff members never respond or acknowledge my greeting. This hasn’t happened just once or twice—it happens every single morning. The only exception is Jonathan. He is always friendly, welcoming, and greet me warmly, which I truly appreciate.
