If you want a fair experience, dine-in. Going through the drive thru is a mistake. I asked for chicken noodle and tomato soup. Only received the chicken noodle. Instead of the tomato soup they gave me the broccoli soup, and yes I’m upset about this. How do you confuse tomato vs broccoli cheddar? Not to mention the girl at the drive through station was extremely unkind and dismissive. I never have an issue with quality of food at Panera, but the service is extremely poor.
This Place Completely Sucks- Got a Sandwich and Salad 47.00 later!! The Salad had one lousy lil piece of Chicken on it and lettuce with 3 tomatoes! Zero protein I laughed out loud this place is a Joke! Never will I go back there Again only thing that was good was the Baguette they give you with the Salad!! ugggghhhh
Too oily
Even though I ordered well in advance, They told me to pull up, and I still waited a long time for the girl to hand me my order when it was just sitting on the counter. It was particular frustrating because another girl was standing right there wiping counters… The food here is good and the staff is nice, but they’ve also messed up my previous orders, giving me a half sandwich when I paid for a whole and another time gave me the completely wrong order.
