Ordered online and when I got to the store they were out of a few items. I was able to change my order to what they had and so because of the mix up, they took care of my order for free. This is exceptional customer service and makes me happy that I go to this Panera on a regular basis. Thank you!!!
The Quakertown pan era just opened and already its dirty looking. The dining area was fine but behind the line it appeared no one wiped up anything that fall to the counter or floor ever. The messy assembly line looked very much like a McDonald's.
