My mobile order was missing two bagels! I could understand one, but forgetting two is terrible💢
I like Panera bread , but i do not like this location. I've been there at least 3 times, (mostly because of business). A couple of times the cashiers were somewhat unfriendly and rude, and delivery was slow.
Yara,,who was prepping & serving food from the kitchen offered 5-Star service. Extremly professional and friendly !!
I have been going to Panera at Pike Plaza a few evenings for dinner in the last couple of months, and Roberto (from the evening shift) has been extremely courteous and kind. He has been accommodating if I arrived near closing. I have to also add that it has been two years that I come to this location, almost daily, as a subscriber, every day.
