Great salad and squash soup!!! Yummy!
This place is always short-staffed and takes a long time to prepare food. I ordered a sandwich and salad at 6pm, and the app showed a 6:30 pickup time, but I received it at 7:10, even though it was a rapid pickup. Seriously, how long does it take to make a sandwich and salad? The app indicated it was ready, but it never actually was. The days of Panera Bread being an enjoyable dining experience are long gone. Look no further than the Twinsburg location of Panera. Visited during the dinner hour on a Sunday evening and I don't think there were more than three people working, with no one at the registers. The place was so dimly lit, I thought it might have been closed. Dirty dishes were not only stacked up at the trash receptacles, but also on tables.
