So as a customer and as a DoorDash driver nine times out of 10 when I come in here, I have to beg them for attention. Sometimes I’ll be standing there and my order will say ready, but it won’t be ready and I’ll have to beg someone for their attention and then ultimately feel like I’m a jerk when in reality these people treat customers like garbage and honestly I’m so tired of just having a rough time at literally every possible restaurant I go to. Venue was at rock the park in twinsburg for michael jackson concert. Lines we very long.
They had my food ready to go before I got there after I ordered online! The guy in the back helped me find my bag because the forgot to put it out! Everyone there was super kind!
