PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THEM. they do not do x-rays in this location. and x rays are absolutely necessary for the immigration exam. it’s annoying to have to go to an additional location for x rays. it’s a waste of time. Go to another location that offers both.
Very unprofessional experience. I booked an appointment less than 24 hours in advance. About an hour after booking, an emergency came up and I tried to cancel online, but it was not possible. I also called the center, but no one answered. Despite this, I was told I could not cancel and was charged a $100 no-show fee. When I explained the situation, the staff member was aggressive and even claimed the call was recorded and would be sent to IRCC, which was alarming and inappropriate.
