Great customer service and friendly staff!! Process was very quick for Immigration health check. Highly recommend
PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THEM. they do not do x-rays in this location. and x rays are absolutely necessary for the immigration exam. it’s annoying to have to go to an additional location for x rays. it’s a waste of time. Go to another location that offers both.
Very unprofessional experience. I booked an appointment less than 24 hours in advance. About an hour after booking, an emergency came up and I tried to cancel online, but it was not possible. I also called the center, but no one answered. Despite this, I was told I could not cancel and was charged a $100 no-show fee. When I explained the situation, the staff member was aggressive and even claimed the call was recorded and would be sent to IRCC, which was alarming and inappropriate. Receptionist on the phone sounds like giving me the warning that if I don’t show up for medical exam then she will complain to IRCC . And then IRCC will throw me out from canada.
