Receptionist on the phone sounds like giving me the warning that if I don’t show up for medical exam then she will complain to IRCC . And then IRCC will throw me out from canada.
The doctor we met was very professional and patient, but the receptionist lady (with short blond hair) was very unhelpful. She first gave us wrong information about payment options and then the IRCC process. She told us that they don't accept Apple Pay, which proved to be wrong when we checked out. Worse still, she told us the doctor won't be sending the report to IRCC and we need to do it by ourselves. Location is easy to find if you go from richmond st w entrance. Staff was nice. For immigration test, PREFER OTHER CENTER FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE. If you have a car. I was fairly disappointed to know, they didnt have chest X-ray in the office. Staff asked me to visit the nearest Toronto Imaging center which is 5 minutes walking distance and they have another waiting time of 30 minutes.
Fast. Efficient. Great staff and doctors. Clear Instructions and less wait time. 10 min in and out for Immigration Medical Exam. Highly recommended. Directions Tip: Enter through The Sheraton Centre Motor Entrance, take the elevators on the left.
