I was so excited to have my windows cleaned. The owner was so responsive by email and text when I made the appointment. After I paid for services and he left, I noticed a stratch in the middle of the big 2nd story window. I recalled hearing a "thump" when he used the extension brush from the first floor. He promised to get back to me and check out was was reportedly insured. The window was just replaced last year. Have use this company for over two decades
I dragged my feet on scheduling this and now realize what a mistake that was. Clean windows make a big impact on how my home looks, inside and out. The price was reasonable. Quality excellent. I won’t wait so long to do this again. Great company!
