Service is great, but the cold sandwiches are not up to par with other Fortinos locations. They are made inconsistently - sometimes ingredients are missing, or they use tomatoes that are not ripe and/or the cores aren't removed properly.
I like the food. But it isn't consistent between locations. Also, it weird to say to you ran out of pickles or mustard to go with the sandwich when you are located within a grocery store that has plenty of pickles and mustard for sale just a few feet away. That is just being lazy.
We all make mistakes. However, Jathro (I'm sorry if I misspelled your name), James and the Pane Fresco team was quick to make up for the missed catered order I requested. Feedback is important in order to correct and prevent any accidental mistakes in the future. This is what the Fortino's and Pane Fresco team did for my family and I. Thank you and keep up the good work!
