The staff is friendly and courteous and the providers are attentive, compassionate, thorough, and knowledgeable. If I ever have health concerns, Pandya Medical Center is where I go! I trust them wholeheartedly.
I've never had a group of doctors that I LOVED before. I feel like family when I'm there. They make you feel loved. The entire staff makes me feel loved. They actually care, too. They're Always thorough , always dependable... I even drive an hour from Decatur, to see Doc Lisa (when I'm sick or just need some bloodwork to keep my vitamin levels in check.) After spending 2 hours on hold with BCBS to try and get my membership ID, their receptionist Micki sat with me on hold with their representatives to help me. She could have simply rescheduled me, she could have brushed me off, but she helped. And every person from the Doctors to the PA's to the Nurses, and receptionists alike are more than willing to help you in any way possible.
