My experience with this company. Just the facts: 1. Called MARS Appliance on Friday, July 5th, and they told me to call Pandora's as they had spun into two separate companies. Pandora's was supposedly closed at that point so they told me to call and leave a message. I asked if they were open on Saturday. I was told they were. So I called Friday and left the message on their voicemail in hope of getting the part on Saturday. I did leave the voicemail explaining which part I needed. I got a replacement ice maker from these people great shipping service. Had some trouble with in after about 3 months and contacted them. With in 3 hours the kindest Gentleman named Chris call me back. He is a true Gentleman and very kind. I am an older person and live alone so he took care of me 100% and sent a new one in a heart beat arrived in 3 days. Now days you do not find that kind of personal service. A big Thank You Chris.
