I came in here on a budget looking for a ring but ended up liking a charm bracelet, and while I couldn't buy it I was helped by the amazing Sophie! Even knowing I couldn't purchase the bracelet today she was endlessly kind and helpful, and made me feel very welcome which is greatly appreciated. The staff here are wonderful.

Called a day before I walked in and Sophie was very helpful and answered all the questions I needed to know. Walked in today and was greeted by Tammy, who was also very helpful ever after my purchase showed me around the store. Everyone there had great personalities and had a warm and welcoming smile.

DO NOT BUY HERE!! A heavy-set lady sold me a BROKEN ring and my husband tried to return it the very next business day, but they won't take it back. WASTE OF MONEY.

This is the Best Pandora Store in San Antonio Area. They are always helpful and very appreciative of your time and business. I used to go to the Store at La Cantera and they did not care to help or if you bought something. The training for there employees was horrible. At the Vineyard they helped me the clueless man execute multiple gift combinations with out trying to make me buy the whole store. Go visit them and see for yourself.
