Bought wife a ring on 12/23…The day after Christmas the same ring went on sale for 50% off….this store would not refund difference so we went to Pandora at LaCanterra mall and they did…Wont be back.

I’ve been going here for ages and got to stop by with my kiddo. The staff was amazing. Ana and the mgr were so friendly and inviting. Outstanding service. I’ll keep returning here.

I came in here on a budget looking for a ring but ended up liking a charm bracelet, and while I couldn't buy it I was helped by the amazing Sophie! Even knowing I couldn't purchase the bracelet today she was endlessly kind and helpful, and made me feel very welcome which is greatly appreciated. The staff here are wonderful.

Called a day before I walked in and Sophie was very helpful and answered all the questions I needed to know. Walked in today and was greeted by Tammy, who was also very helpful ever after my purchase showed me around the store. Everyone there had great personalities and had a warm and welcoming smile.

DO NOT BUY HERE!! A heavy-set lady sold me a BROKEN ring and my husband tried to return it the very next business day, but they won't take it back. WASTE OF MONEY.
