I'm really glad I found this spot for my wife on her birthday. The space is clean and calming, with a pleasant, fresh scent as soon as you walk in, and they keep things very tidy throughout the visit. All the staff I've interacted with have been friendly and professional, making the experience feel personal and unhurried. If you're in the Lafayette area and want reliable, quality nail care in a soothing atmosphere, I'd definitely give them a try.
He had a terrifying experience in this place. The person who assisted me was extremely aggressive and very rude. She threw everything down and left, leaving me there waiting for her to apply my nail polish. Another person came to attend to me, and honestly, I didn't like it, because she did my nails however she wanted—not the way I asked for them. No matter how many times I showed her the photo of how I wanted them, she completely ignored me. I never want to go back.
The only nail saloon I was going to have pedicur done. After 2 years ended up having nail fungus. Realized the place they dont clean their tools properly.
Always the best service
I used to get all my manicures here, but its really hit or miss with who you get. Some manicurists are amazing, but then I had a couple who really messed up my nails. It was hard to request someone by name because of how busy they get. So its hard to predict if you’ll love or hate your manicure here
