Poor custom service, it’s like I was begging to be helped. I purchased a $220 bracelet. @ “Patricia” employee girl was not helpful at all…
Michael was amazing! Great customer service! Very attentive and he engages in conversations with us. Will definitely come back next time we need another piece. Also he's very informative about the warranties and such that we can get.
Went there with a charm bracelet the clasp couldn’t close so I bring it in. It’s under warranty and they refuse to help me. Couldn’t fix the clasp refused to replace it and just was sooo rude about it.
