Gone here a couple times and the customer service is great! Completely forgot her name, but the lady with glasses who helped us last night (8/6) is so sweet and welcoming + she remembered us from last time we visited. She made our exchange so easy!
I wouldn’t purchase from here or any other Pandora. The majority of items, mainly the bracelet that kept malfunctioning was purchased at this store. I was gifted a Minnie Mouse charm bracelet from this store and it continued to unexpectedly latch open, resulting in a complete loss. I also purchased a HeiHei charm from the Moana collection and have been on a waiting list for a month for the store to get it back in stock. Mind you - I had HeiHei for about 90 days, if even. Michael was amazing! Great customer service! Very attentive and he engages in conversations with us. Will definitely come back next time we need another piece. Also he's very informative about the warranties and such that we can get.
Went there with a charm bracelet the clasp couldn’t close so I bring it in. It’s under warranty and they refuse to help me. Couldn’t fix the clasp refused to replace it and just was sooo rude about it.
