This was my first time going into any Pandora store and i’m so glad i went to this one to get my first charm bracelet! Oh my goodness all the associates were so so helpful and nice, the gentleman that helped me was awesome! (I forgot his name sorry, i think it was ryan..??) 10/10 recommend this location!! I will be back for more charms!
Customer Service isn’t great all. One sales person, I stood there maybe about 15 mins before someone acknowledged my present. I would not recommended this store nor would I come back.
Second time coming in and the sales persons did not greet me. People walk in behind and they greet them. I forced myself to buy what I needed instead of arundel but I will never buy from this location again.
