The girl helping us was very sweet and assisted us in finding a charm. The only thing that really disappointed me was the pickup process. I placed an online order for a bracelet and planned to select a charm in store upon arrival. Once I picked up the bracelet and chose a charm, I asked if my purchase qualified for the free bracelet promotion. I was told it did not because they were considered two separate transactions.
