I had such a great experience at the Pandora thanks to Britney. I originally came in just to look around because a ring I purchased about a year ago had been damaged. When I tried getting help at another location before, they told me I would need to call customer service, so I wasn’t expecting much. Instead of taking care of the customer, they talk more among themselves! I asked a simple question and the girl’s answer was look at the website! Rude! You work there, you have to help me. I don’t remember his name, but it was very rude!
