The employees were extremely rude. They blamed me for damage to a ring that I had just purchased. While I was making the exchange, the entire team stood around giggling and staring at me. Completely unprofessional behavior.

I want to express how disappointing my experience at this location was. Jacky, a young Hispanic girl, assisted me today. I arrived 20 minutes before closing time, and there were several other customers in the store. Normally, I love my experiences at Pandora because the employees are always super nice and welcoming. However, this time was different. Jacky took my ring, started scratching it, and told me that it had to be brand new to return it, which is not their policy.
