Pandora is usually a pleasant experience however last time there had horrible experience with Nikol. I believe she profiled me and because of it provided really poor service/support. She even denied cleaning my bracelet because they weren’t doing it until mid January after holidays despite the fact that I had seen others get their bracelets cleaned. When I asked another rep, she immediately said “of course”. Hopefully she gets some better service training or you all get helped by someone other than her.
The employee assisting us, Angelica C, provided extremely poor service that made our visit uncomfortable and frustrating. She was visibly annoyed from the start, unfriendly, and overall very unhelpful. When my brother and I asked for assistance, she did not seem interested in helping us at all and made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than customers. Wonderful time buying gifts for my granddaughter. The young lady who helped me, Sofia, was wearing a cute white shirt and she made me feel welcomed even when the store was very busy. It was my first Pandora visit and was an absolute pleasure! She patiently explained how the bracelet sizing works and meticulously arranged the options I have. I treasure experiences like these and I’m glad to see young people enjoying their work. Sofia was a delight to talk to! Will definitely be coming back to this store.
customer service is very bad. the employees were extremely rude and i know it was busy so i wanted to wait for my turn but when i walked in nobody acknowledged me and kept ignoring me and walking past as i was trying to talk to them and said excuse me multiple times for them to give me a dirty look and walk past me. it was very frustrating because i usually love pandora
