Very rude sales associates. I’ll drive to a different store to spend my money before shopping at this location.
Was at the store for over 20 minutes with nothing said, no hello and two others helped that came in after I did. Sad after I spent a considerable amount here after last Christmas.
Update 10/21/25 - I decided to give Pandora at the Asheville Outlets another try. I was immediately warmly greeted by Jeracah. She was friendly and professional, and I bought the butterfly charm. Jeracah took the time to register my purchase which was not done for the previous purchase. We discussed a couple other items, and she thanked me for coming back in. My granddaughter has 2 charms she wants so I went to the Asheville Outlet shop on 6/24/25. The associate wasn't really interested in showing me the charms, but my granddaughter wanted one for her birthday, and the other girl was busy. I got one for her birthday which was $65 - I had to ask for a little box which she got and then put it a bag that appears to have been used - very wrinkly. I'll get the $78 butterfly charm for Christmas but not at this shop - they actually sell it for the same price on Amazon.
