I had a great experience at the Pandora store in Clarksburg. Emily helped me very well and was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Excellent customer service—I’ll definitely be coming back!
Staff was really attentive and worked very patiently with me, hile I was trying to decide on a very important birthday gift. My only knock against Pandora is their lack of dangling charms to fit the link style bracelets.
I’m reposting my review because it was deleted and nothing has been done about this situation. This is extremely disheartening coming from an organization who prides itself on good customer service. No one has reached out, no one has commented on mine or any of my parties reviews. It’s unacceptable to look over these issues, I shouldn’t have to repost a review. I honestly can’t believe how terrible the service was here. It was my mother’s birthday, and all I wanted was a little bit of help making the gift bag look presentable. Nothing crazy just basic customer service. Instead, the person working acted like I was bothering them for even asking. Their attitude was rude from the moment I approached them, and they made it very clear they had zero interest in helping with anything.
