Beware anyone who buys from this store! Good luck getting your money back. I was rung up for a very pretty ring and after finding a better deal online through their official website I attempted to return at another location. Found out I got rung up for the wrong thing by the sales rep and now I can’t get my money back, just a gift card for the value which is insane when I had nothing to do with their mistake. Very disappointed and upset.
Sub par customer service. Better off shopping at a different pandora location ~ maybe better off picking a different jewelry store
