I went into pandora today to return a ring, could clearly see they were busy, Ashton greeted us with a smile and made the process so easy and fast despite helping other customers. She was very sweet and always kept a smile on her face! Genuinely recommend going to her!
I went in a few days ago to buy a charm for my bracket and get some other jewelry and Ceci was great! I haven’t been to a Pandora store in years and she helped me out a bunch!

Associates here at this location is known for questionable practices rings up items customers didn’t purchase for higher amounts and then act like nothing could be done. They claim a refund isn’t possible for a mistake they made. Don’t bother responding to this review with automated messages or phone numbers that offer no help. Beware anyone who buys from this store! Good luck getting your money back. I was rung up for a very pretty ring and after finding a better deal online through their official website I attempted to return at another location. Found out I got rung up for the wrong thing by the sales rep and now I can’t get my money back, just a gift card for the value which is insane when I had nothing to do with their mistake. Very disappointed and upset.
