Good service, the only negative side to it is the size of the establishment and the wait times. Overall a good pandora store.
Nice experience
My sister and I went to the City Creek location 5/3/2025, to buy a Mother’s Day gift. Someone by the name of Yolanda G was helping us along with another woman. Yolanda was telling the other women what to put in our bags and what boxes to place the jewelry in, once we started to check out. (I feel that is where the confusion began, one person was checking us out talking to us, while trying to tell the other woman what to box for us.) The sales associate locked myself and 11 other customers inside the store illegally. When confronted about this being illegal she admitted that she knew that this was not a legal thing to do but she did it because she couldn’t have more than 12 customers in the store at a time. You need to have a door monitor if that is the company policy, not illegally imprison their customers. Will never return.
