Mmm I loved the young lady who helped me ! She definitely gave us a welcoming vibe compared to the older ladies who felt very unwelcoming would be a 5 but sat down a nail and hurt my thigh ouch! Keep it clean or I’ll sue jk!!!! Will come back for the girl who helped us to buy a ring !!

Went to get a gift. Very disappointed by the staff. They are obviously working on a commission and once I looked at the 'cheaper' items, they basically disappeared. Not helpful at all and they let me standing at the counter even though I asked for help. There are enough other options to buy something nice in NYC. Train your work force better, I don't go to places where I am not respected as a person.
