Went in to get 2 engraved charms. One of them was perfect and the other was disappointing because the machine for some reason only made the font the tiniest size. However, Adama was just lovely! She is so easy going and fun to be around. She did try her absolute best to get the machine to fix the font size issue but no luck. We did end up needing to purchase the small font size charm since it was a gift with special icons only found in NYC.
