The employees are extremely rude. One of them acted as if they didn’t want to help me with my question about my engraved bracelet. After they helped, another worker came up to me and said “he’s not going to wear that anyways” implying that what I bought was ugly and unwearable. After this interaction, I definitely won’t be back.
We’ve visited a number of Pandora stores around the country and this was by far our best experience yet. The sales associate Byron was so friendly & helpful, giving us tips for places to check out around Nashville & talking us through the different Tennessee charms available. He let us take our time making a decision on a purchase & wasn’t pushy at all. This is specifically for the Opry Mills location in Nashville, TN. ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience I’ve had with any pandora location. I purchased a snake charm bracelet, walked out of the store only to return n 15 mins to get a bigger size and the sales associate advised that although I just came in. It was no way to return the bracelet for a larger size without charging me extra for the same item. The associate advised me to give the person the gift and have them come in the next day to get a larger size.
