This is specifically for the Opry Mills location in Nashville, TN. ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience I’ve had with any pandora location. I purchased a snake charm bracelet, walked out of the store only to return n 15 mins to get a bigger size and the sales associate advised that although I just came in. It was no way to return the bracelet for a larger size without charging me extra for the same item. The associate advised me to give the person the gift and have them come in the next day to get a larger size.
Yesterday, I brought my 14 year old daughter into Pandora to get a bracelet for her birthday. Cue one of the greatest sales people I have ever met; Tamara. She was so attentive, bubbly, and incredibly patient with my daughter and her friend. She was very respectful of my budget, and was truly well versed and familiar with all the jewelry and charms .
