I had a wonderful experience at Pandora in Nashville! I’m visiting my daughter here in Nashville and wanted to buy a special charm to remember this trip. I especially want to thank Oressa for her kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. She truly loves what she does and made me feel very welcome and special. She was patient, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. Oressa is a wonderful representative of Pandora and definitely deserves 5 stars! Thank you for making my shopping experience so memorable.

My boyfriend and I waited for a long time, and the staff (2 black girls )completely ignored us. I even asked one of the employees for help, and she looked at me horribly and made me feel really uncomfortable and anxious. We waited for almost an hour with no real acknowledgment or assistance. I finally told my boyfriend, “Forget it, they’re being rude.” The customer service was unacceptable, and the employees responsible should be held accountable.

I am very disappointed with the quality of my bracelet. It’s barely a month old, and the clips have continuously fallen off. A week after purchasing my bracelet and charms, one of the clips came off three times in the span of a week. I took it back to the store, and Karen was fantastic. She helped me during my initial purchase and recognized me when I returned. She replaced the clip without issue and provided excellent customer service.
