Mothers day shopping--Way over priced cheap jewelry. Hidden fees, boxes cost money, service fees etc. I will never return, what a joke.
The manager Ashley treated me contemptuously, since I bought something in poor condition, she went to return it, they repaired it and I didn’t want it, since if she bought something I need it new and it hasn’t even been a week, she looked at me very badly, I don’t advise you to go to that one, it’s the last time I go, it’s a terrible experience with customer service, I think your customers need a little respect

Jaleen is amazing, very friendly and easy to approach. Top notch customer service and product knowledge. I came into the store and was immediately assisted.
