I was in search of gifts to take to my family in Japan. I stopped into the Pandora store at The Avenues and first worked with Nolene. She was very patient and got me what I wanted. I ended up needing an additional gift of the same thing and Jaleen was instrumental in getting me what I needed sent to The Avenues store for me by the next day. Mothers day shopping--Way over priced cheap jewelry. Hidden fees, boxes cost money, service fees etc. I will never return, what a joke.

The manager Ashley treated me contemptuously, since I bought something in poor condition, she went to return it, they repaired it and I didn’t want it, since if she bought something I need it new and it hasn’t even been a week, she looked at me very badly, I don’t advise you to go to that one, it’s the last time I go, it’s a terrible experience with customer service, I think your customers need a little respect

I am extremely moved by the compassion and kindness that Linda and Victoria have shown me. They are such wonderful individuals and everyone there is equally amazing.
