We‘ve visited the Pandora store inside Macy‘s. Our salesperson Ime was phenomenal, so nice and patient with us. We purchased two charms, one clip and one bracelet for a reasonable price. Great job!
Called Jewelry Department, place in hold customer service representative never came back to the phone.
People should be advised this is the Macys Pandora location NOT the Pandora location inside the mall. I see most of the negative reviews left are for the location in the mall & not the Macys.
