Great place just make sure you take your time you would want to buy everything great customer service there willing to help you on whatever your asking check it out for yourself
Such good customer service! They were all so nice and helpful. We had gone to the woodlands location originally today and ended up walking out because they were awful but this location more than made up for it!
Bad review here because I called to ask simple question and lady at Macy’s getting aggressive. Store Pandora in the Willowbrook mall takes forever to help others out.
Customer interaction is horrible. The only guy that works there is a bad rep on pandora. Not trained or even interested to provide a good customer experience. Having to wait in a long full service line just to make a return is inconvenient and a waste of time. I drove all the way to the woodlands location and didn’t have any issues.
