i was in today march 25, horrible customer service, the girl that helped me was rude to my friend and rude to me, i asked for my bracelet to be cleaned the girl didn’t even want to clean it, they just stood on their phone and were useless. when the girl finally decided to clean my bracelet she went to put it back on me and they both rolled their eyes when i asked what way should i put the charms outside or inside.
The best customer service girls are soooo friendly and welcoming helpful 😀 my daughter loves to come to this location
poor customer service. i entered the store and was failed to be greeted. took 20 minutes plus for me to be finally helped.
Staff was amazing. Will definitely return
