This is a small size stores located in the middle section of BTC. It has decent collection of their bracelet, rings and ear rings products, including limited edition like Frozen and other themed items. Some of the items were also showcased in the wall displays. For Black Friday, the store was having up to 40% sale on items. There were bunch of associates in the store when we went, as each of them had to work with each customer for display and fittings. Horrific experience, I was waiting for 40 minutes. I’m a patient person so it’s fine but once I saw two people who walked in after me get helped by the only rude male that works in the front. I started getting irritated. Once it was finally my turn I was just looking to get an item fixed that was under warranty. Then they told me they could not find my email even though, 45 minutes before when I called that stores location I spoke with someone over the phone and they confirmed they found my email. i was in today march 25, horrible customer service, the girl that helped me was rude to my friend and rude to me, i asked for my bracelet to be cleaned the girl didn’t even want to clean it, they just stood on their phone and were useless. when the girl finally decided to clean my bracelet she went to put it back on me and they both rolled their eyes when i asked what way should i put the charms outside or inside.
The best customer service girls are soooo friendly and welcoming helpful 😀 my daughter loves to come to this location
