I went to this store twice and was never acknowledged by the workers, walked out and would not be going back.
This is one of the most unbelievable and unprofessional experiences I have ever had with a retailer. I placed an online order only four days ago. I received a notification that my order had arrived at the store and was ready for pickup. I was planning to go to the store today, but I suddenly received an email saying my order was canceled because I did not pick it up within two days. literally my favorite pandora ever , this is the only pandora i like to come to. the store manager bree and jefferson always greets me the kindest and literally go above and beyond every time to help me!
I had a wonderful experience at this Pandora location. Staff was attentive and super friendly. The associate spent time helping me pick out a necklace and pendant.
