Great service never disappoints
I recently visited the Pandora jewelry store while doing some Christmas shopping, and I must say, my experience was far from pleasant. I walked in with my earphones in, and I truly didn't realize anyone was speaking to me until I noticed the store manager approaching. I immediately apologized for not hearing her and expected a warm, welcoming response.
