I've shopped at Pandora for years but unfortunately my last purchase of 2 of the exact same rings will ensure I don't go back. One ring has completey tarnished and turns my finger green while the other is in great condition. I took both with the receipt to show I bought them together to see if they would exchange it and they refused. I wear them equally and care for them the exact same. Unfortunately, one somehow was of lesser quality.

The manager has terrible customer service. She was trying to rush us out of the store. When I bought my girlfriend a ring the manager did not measure her finger and said that the size she has on is the correct one even though we clearly saw it was to loose. We trusted what she said since she is suppose to be an expert, but she was completely wrong. The ring was way too loose and we had to exchanged it.
