I had an amazing experience at this Pandora inside Macy’s. The service was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff helped me purchase the Disney Elsa ring, and they were kind, patient, and genuinely helpful the entire time. I would definitely recommend this location and will be returning again.
Girls were not friendly and didnt help us when we called agian for them. Would not recommend
These 5 stars go out to Destiny who helped me make a well-informed purchase. She was patient with my lack of knowledge in bracelets and showed me all the varieties offered. I feel like I received a genuine personal experience that I wouldn't have had with an online purchase. Her guidance was nothing short of excellent. Without her I would've had a charm on my necklace with all of my other pendants. May your pillow always stay cold Destiny 🫶🏽
I walked in and was instantly greeted with a smile she asked how I was doing and what she can do for me today. She helped me with my earrings she said I’ll clean them as well . Yes it’s her job “ I might say but the way she received me was like hey come on in “ she has a sweet smile and set the tone for the rest of her co-workers I’m a believer in energy and I hope she continues enjoying her day and helping others enjoy theirs . Its been an adventure. Received this lovely ring as a gift. It was purchased at a Pandora in Macy’s & so, must be returned/serviced at Macy’s Pandora. Its a bit of a hike from my home to the nearest one. The stone on my ring has fallen out 4 times. The customer service received by Nayeli has made each visit a positive experience.
