Pandora Care is honestly the worst warranty you can waste your money on. First, you have to wait a whole YEAR before it even kicks in. Then, when that year is finally up, you’re stuck going through this drawn-out process just to get a real customer service rep to tell you how to replace your product. Today, Sunday, August 24th, I went into Pandora with my boyfriend without a specific purchase in mind—just to look around and maybe buy something if we liked it. However, I left very disappointed due to the terrible service from one of the employees (of Latin origin, she spoke to us in Spanish), who treated us in a passive-aggressive and completely hostile manner.
