I went to this location waited about 15 minutes and two people came after me and the worker decided to skip me and help them.
I had a great experience at this Pandora location and want to give a special shoutout to Jazmine! She was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive from the moment I walked in. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and made thoughtful recommendations without ever making me feel pressured. Her knowledge, patience, and positive attitude made the entire shopping experience feel personal and memorable. Great customer service like this is rare I highly recommend visiting and asking for her!
This is such a cute store with amazing staff! They were so helpful and patient as we went in to buy a couple of charms to be engraved. Dilara was so sweet showing us how to use the engraving tablet and even put the new charm on my bracelet for me. I loved the personalized customer service and will definitely be returning!
