Everyone in this store needs customer service training. Store manager needs to act her wage. I have never had a good experience with pandora’s costume jewelry and this just topped it all off. Stop getting scammed into buying fake gold from these bs companies and buy real gold.
I was reluctant to go in for a return because of all the negative reviews regarding this specific location. I decided to give it a shot, and I was very happy to find that they are now under new management with new employees that are being trained on customer care. I would like to personally recognize Dilara and Jazmine for the amazing experience. As someone who dresses in alt clothing and is covered in piercings it was so wonderful to come in and immediately be treated like a human being. I won't forget that ♥
