This is the WORST Pandora store ever!!!!! ASSOCIATES ARE STEALING FROM THE CUSTOMERS!!!!!!! Terrible service at this location for a years!!!!!!! Pandora will replace your jewelry for free ONE time if something’s wrong within a year so today I decided to go in and get my ring replaced since it was missing a stone. It was a longer process than usual because they were trying to get me to buy their “2 year warranty” even though I said no, maybe three times already. Placed an online order because it said they had everything in stock. Said my order would be ready in 2 hours. After 3 hours called the store with no answer. Called again twice after 6 hours. 2 minutes after they ignored my last call they cancelled my order. Should have read the reviews before ordering from this location.
I had a terrible customer service experience at this location, particularly with the sales associate Paige (Employee #184790). Her attitude made my friend and me feel unwelcome and like an inconvenience. She did not smile, attempt to connect, or ask about the purpose of our visit.
