I had a good time here. I went around 7:00pm and the nicest woman helped me and my mom out. She realized we could speak Arabic and made us feel comfortable by joking around in Arabic. She helped us find the perfect charm even though it took a while. I also noticed a bracelet I really wanted and she helped me out a lot. Pandora will replace your jewelry for free ONE time if something’s wrong within a year so today I decided to go in and get my ring replaced since it was missing a stone. It was a longer process than usual because they were trying to get me to buy their “2 year warranty” even though I said no, maybe three times already. I can clearly see them judging me on their faces. I’m sorry but I’m not paying for a warranty on a damn PANDORA ring. I don’t care if it’s only $7.
My sister and I stopped by to buy a few pairs of earrings and were shocked by the terrible service. The girl, who introduced herself as Viv, said she was the store manager. We politely asked to try on a few earrings, but she refused, claiming the store had new rules and we weren't allowed to try on earrings anymore. This was especially frustrating because I had been there just three days earlier, and a different manager was very polite and let me try on everything I wanted.
