Pandora will replace your jewelry for free ONE time if something’s wrong within a year so today I decided to go in and get my ring replaced since it was missing a stone. It was a longer process than usual because they were trying to get me to buy their “2 year warranty” even though I said no, maybe three times already. I can clearly see them judging me on their faces. I’m sorry but I’m not paying for a warranty on a damn PANDORA ring. I don’t care if it’s only $7.
My sister and I stopped by to buy a few pairs of earrings and were shocked by the terrible service. The girl, who introduced herself as Viv, said she was the store manager. We politely asked to try on a few earrings, but she refused, claiming the store had new rules and we weren't allowed to try on earrings anymore. This was especially frustrating because I had been there just three days earlier, and a different manager was very polite and let me try on everything I wanted.
