My wife wanted to stop by this Pandora store inside Westfield Sherman Oaks mall over the weekend when we were there. She was interested to see what kind of deals they had and their jewelry options. The store isn't that big inside like all the other Pandora store. When we walked in, a worker greeted us and ask if we needed any help which we just told her that my wife was browsing. I Went on 10/16 one of that girl didn’t want to help me out I wanted to see if they can help me out with exchange one of my jewelry and I did have warranty but it’s like when she saw my jewelry she didn’t even try to see if she can help , she didn’t want to see my receipt so she can check if I have warranty and also went up to her other co worker to show her and they Basically were laughing I felt like she was being racist . Worst experience ever I had here .
