So poor customer service. They have staff shortage for the number of customers walking in. Once we walked in they said there were 6 people ahead of us. After 80 minutes waiting there were still 2 people ahead of us. They even refused to give us their catalog to look and choose before our turn…
The two girls who cleaned my wife's Pandora bracelet on Sunday, 8/4/2024 afternoon were patient and helpful. They deserve a raise.
Pessimist customer service. Girl in there seemed bothered with having people in the store .. Will drive to another location just to avoid bad vibes in this Store. Mind you it was not busy! Felt the unwelcomeness and hostile environment since I entered.. Will not be returning..
Love this place, the staff is friendly and helpful and you don't feel rushed.
