I love Pandora jewelry. My boyfriend ordered me a ring online but it was the wrong size, so I went in store to find my size. The wait was very long to get help (30ish minutes) which is fine, but once I was helped, they accused me of scamming them because the receipt showed the shipping price and they thought that was how much my boyfriend paid (way less than the price of ring). I love pandora jewelry but the associates are kinda rude and standoffish… they always act like it’s a huge inconvenience to show you charms and chains… I miss the booklets you could take and look through. And why is there a charge to clean the pandora jewelry??? Idk every time I try to shop here I leave empty handed and feeling aggravated, because why do all the ladies behind the counter act like that? Rude.
Drove all the way to Wrentham for a bracelet that they didn't have in stock. They said it was in stock
Great staff, came in and got out 10 minutes later with a smile and a bag in my hand.
Went by today to get a few presents plus something for myself and Lori couldn’t be more helpful. I had to engrave a bunch of items and she was super patient
