Rudest costumer service ever! My sister went in today to buy some charms. Upon her arrival the staff were all gathered in a circle. When my sister asked the sales lady that she wanted to see charms in the price range off less then $100 she rudely showered her charms 100 and over and stated that’s all she got. Which is some bullshit because I went in 1 day ago and they did have enough charms in that price range. I have been to this location numerous times to purchase charms for friends and myself. I have a memorial bracelet that I purchase charms for my deceased mom each holiday and the staff is so patient and great with assisting in finding the perfect charms or gift for all occasions. I only go to that location due to the service.
Employee was rude, doesn’t smile at all and acts like every question physically hurts her to answer.
