Jennifer, the store manager, should not be in a management role—frankly, I question whether she should be employed there at all. She denied our exchange request for an item that had been purchased just the day before. When we calmly asked for clarification on why the exchange was being refused, her response was completely inappropriate. My mother contacted this location on February 17th around 2:30 PM to ask about a buying a new bracelet and charm. Instead of receiving helpful service, she was spoken to rudely by a woman who claimed to be a manager. When she asked for her name, the employee stated that she did not need to give it and that “manager” was enough. This discourages customers from shopping at this location altogether. I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated when I called this location on February 17 at approximately 2:30 PM. The woman who answered the phone was immediately rude and dismissive. When I politely asked who I was speaking with, she responded, “a manager.” I then asked for her name, and she stated, “I don’t have to tell you my name. My boyfriend got me a set of rings for Christmas that unfortunately didn’t fit (our fault) and I called to see if I could get them exchanged and I got to speak with a very nice young lady named Jackie :) she was very understanding about the rings and told me to come in the very next day to get them exchanged for the right size.
