I only shopped at Pandora because of Jazmin she made my experience better Pandora outside the mall was always rude when I heard she was let go it made me not want to go back she was my sales assistant for 2 years. Sucks to see Pandora let my favorite employee go for others who don’t make the experience worth it

I wouldn’t buy gold jewelry I asked the lady if they stained or changed color she said no and not even a month in they are tarnished I spent $400 in only rings but it’s not work it !!

This is for the young girl working this past Saturday, the 19th. Her customer service was horrible and I’m assuming this is why she didn’t have a name tag on. The only reason my husband and I made a purchase at this pandora, inside macys, is because I really wanted that gift on my birthday. She knew no information, gave incorrect information, and didn’t care. I’ve uploaded a photo so if you see her working please do not waste your time.
