wonderful service. was helped by Mrs. Victoria H. in the mall. so sweet and kind and got me a great deal for under 200$.
Services was very Great, not sure if my request was done, I ask for my braclet to be clean, the turn around time was so fast, I would visit this location again
The girls in the Arbor Mall location are angels🩷 I love my pieces.. and Ms. Nae was so helpful & kind. AMAZING experience!!!
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Reece & Nae. I was given an incorrect customer service phone number, which made it difficult to resolve my issue. When I returned to the store, I was refused an exchange for my Christmas purchases, even though the rings were the wrong size. Additionally, they refused to clean my jewelry. Overall, the experience was very frustrating and unprofessional.
Very good experience I went to grab something for Valentines Day. The line was very long but moved fast. Thanks to very good customer service by Jaida. She was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank You!
