I was kinda sad they treated me like I did something wrong because a bracelet I was gifted for my birthday tarnished beyond anything of understanding. I kept getting reminded not to shower with the bracelet or swim with it. I had to stop my conversation with my husband and explain that I dont shower with necklaces or bracelets and I dont swim because its human soup and im beyond disgusted to try and get her to stop being a parrot. Update: Called customer service. Can't take calls due to technical difficulties. Came in to purchase a cleaning kit. This location has had a sign up for over a year stating they don't have cleaning service as their plumbing is broken. I inquired about a kit that was wrapped in festive packaging and was told that it was "too expensive" She didn't even ask me if I was interested. I honestly didnt care about the price.
