The 3 young ladies that helped me went above and beyond they made sure that I received the right sizes for my bracelets very respectful and understood my concerns I’m definitely going back to Pandora and Pandora only!!!! Hands down to all of the ladies you deserve 10 stars not 5
Got a beautiful piece, Jaida did an amazing job helping find the perfect ring!! She was super sweet and answered every question I had.
I called to ask about an item that was showing in their inventory and she immediately said no. I asked to speak with a manager and she stated that she was one. Her name is Lachelle or something like that. Her phone was constantly breaking up. Her not knowing I work for Pandora as well! Stupid!!!! You get paid to be nice to all customers! Do better!
Today we had the pleasure of visiting Pandora for my daughter’s very first bracelet. Nicola assisted us, and she was absolutely amazing! She made the experience so special and went above and beyond. My daughter was able to have her charm engraved, and the process was quick and easy. Nicola is a natural at what she does — knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We also received a warranty, which gave us peace of mind. I left feeling very happy with our purchase and will definitely return because of her outstanding service!
